2025 Topps Five Star Baseball brings a shift in configuration of the premium product, but it still delivers plenty of the hard-signed autographs and game-used memorabilia relics the long-running brand is known for.

Hobby boxes will contain six packs, each with one encased card. Five of them will be autographs, while the other card will be a base card or parallel with a print run of /50 or fewer. Each case has three boxes, and one box in each case will include one of the following: autographed relic card, acetate autograph, or colored-ink autograph.

2025 Topps Five Star Baseball Checklist Overview

The size of the base set has not been disclosed, but all cards are numbered to /50. Parallels will include:

  • Orange /25
  • Emerald /15
  • Black /10
  • Red /5
  • Foilfractor 1/1

Base Autographs are numbered to /199 or fewer, and also have a wide range of colorful parallels.

  • Aqua /75
  • Purple /50
  • Blue /25
  • Green /15
  • Gold /10
  • Orange /5
  • Red 1/1

Upping the ante, collectors will search for Dual Autographs (/10) and Triple Autographs (/5).

Autographed Jumbo Prime cards offer collectors an oversized piece of prime game-worn memorabilia. The checklist includes current and retired stars, and there are plenty of parallel versions:

  • Blue /25
  • Green /15
  • Gold /10
  • Silver /5
  • Button /5
  • Team Patch 1/1
  • MLB Logo Patch 1/1
  • Laundry Tag Patch 1/1
  • Manufacturer Patch 1/1

Signers utilize different colored inks in Golden Graphs and Silver Signatures. Both sets are numbered to /50 and include several levels of parallels.

  • Aqua /30
  • Purple /25
  • Blue /20
  • Green /15
  • Gold /10
  • Orange /5
  • Red 1/1

Baseball Royalty puts top stars from today and yesterday into focus, with parallels in Blue (/20), Green (/15), Gold (/10), Orange (/5), and Red (1/1).

New concepts in 2025 include Stars and Stitches and Pre-Eminent Power, which features the best power hitters and power pitches in today’s game. Parallels for both sets include Gold (/10), Orange (/5), and Red (1/1).

Also new is Quotable (/5), which features cards with special inscriptions.

Signatures continue with Leaping For The Stars, Field Access, and Pentamerous Penmanship, which are all numbered to /25 and feature shadowbox designs. Parallels include Blue (/15), Green (/10), Gold (/5), Green (/3), and Red (1/1).

Additional concepts include Five Time Signatures (/50 or fewer) and Five Tool Phenom Autographs (/50 or fewer).

Tough finds include 1/1 hat relics, featuring swatches from hats worn on Jackie Robinson Day, Armed Forces Day, and Independence Day. Relics include the MLB logo and the hat’s side logo.

Cut Signatures also return in several forms.

They begin with basic 1/1 Cut Signatures from baseball legends of the past and celebrities and other pop culture figures.

There is also a 1/1 Aaron Judge/Roger Maris card, featuring a Maris cut signature and Judge’s hard-signed autograph on the same piece of paper.

Lastly, there is a series of Welcome To The Club cards featuring Clayton Kershaw.

When Kershaw is paired with a deceased member of the 3,000 strikeout club, the card features Kershaw’s signature and a cut signature of the other pitcher. If the other pitcher is still alive, both players sign directly onto the cards.
