2024-25 Panini Revolution Basketball is picking up one of the hobby’s most popular inserts. Kaboom is joining the checklist, finding its spot in a product known for its wild foil backdrops and pattern-based parallels.
Like recent years, Revolution has a couple of box configurations. In addition to standard hobby, Chinese New Year returns with an assortment of exclusive parallels.
Collectors can expect an autograph and a dozen total inserts and parallels in every hobby box.
2024-25 Panini Revolution Basketball Checklist Overview
Revolution is known for being one of the boldest sets each year as far as designs go. The foundation is bright foil stock that uses a variety of patterns to differentiate its parallels.
Lightning (/175), Fireworks (/149) and Infinite (/25) are among those exclusive to hobby packs. Tough Galactic versions return as well. These might not have serial numbers but Galactic typically ranks among the toughest.
Chinese New Year, Emerald Chinese New Year (/88) and Holo Gold Chinese New Year (/8) versions are only in the holiday-inspired packs.
Vertical Kaboom headlines the standard inserts in 2024-25 Revolution Basketball. The dynamic exploding foil pattern combines with illustrated players. Gold (/10) and Black (1/1) parallels are hobby exclusives.
Rookie Variation, which are horizontally aligned, and Revolutionary join Kaboom as the product’s SP inserts.
Die-cut Star Factor cards are the short print insert in Chinese New Year packs.
Ring Bearers and Showstoppers are also only in hobby. Other insert themes include Liftoff!, Rookie Revolution and Supernova.
When it comes to signatures, many are found in the all-encompassing Autographs and Rookie Autographs sets. Impact (/100), Infinite (/25) and Kaleido (1/1) are hobby parallels. These also have Holo Gold Chinese New Year (/8) versions.
Around the Rim Autographs are yet another hobby-exclusive.
