2021 Upper Deck CFL Football Details and What to Look For

2021 Upper Deck CFL isn’t a complex football card set. In today’s hobby landscape, it’s on the simple side. The checklist is succinct and doesn’t carry a lot of quirks that can sometimes get confusing. It aims to focus on the league’s best while still bringing some modern elements — just not a ton of them.

Hobby boxes do have at least a pair of hits, an autograph and a game-used memorabilia card.

2021 Upper Deck CFL Checklist Overview

The base set has 200 cards. Like the last couple of years, everything is available in the same quantities. There are no short prints. With just nine teams in the league, each franchise gets significant exposure.

Parallels, which combine to land two per box, come in Red (/165), Gold (/50) and Black (1/1).

Most of the autographs in the product use the base design. These come in two tiers with the more common combining to land 1:10 packs. Short prints are 1:263.

All memorabilia cards come from game-used gear. These start with the return of UD Game Jersey, which are 1:13 packs. Patch versions are numbered to 25. There are also UD Game Jersey Autographs that land 1:150 packs and patch autographs (/10).

O-Pee-Chee Jumbo Jersey cards (1:140) offer up super-sized swatches. Patch versions have just a pair of copies.

Rounding things out are CFL Logo Patch cards, all of which are one-of-ones.
