After a weird week on the stock market where the Internet came together to spike prices on Gamestop and AMC out of the abyss and destroy some hedge funds in the process. It’s more complicated (and philosophical) than that along varying levels of reasoning and controversy. But not enough to stop a quick set of GPK cards. 2021 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Gamestonk is a 12-card set that takes a light-hearted approach to the situation.

Available from January 29 to February 5 on the Topps website, each set costs $19.99 (or $179.99 for a lot of ten). It’s six different gags, each with A/B name variations. The checklist includes a new spin on Adam Bomb as well as fresh GPK takes on the Bernie Sanders mitten meme and Elon Musk.

GPK Gamestonk is a print-on-demand release with a production run based on what was originally ordered. It turned out to be a big run of 13,075 sets.
