Guide to 2021 Topps Baseball Rookie Cards
It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the number of 2021 Topps Baseball Rookie Cards is big. The fact that most 2020 debuts were held back from late-season releases may have hurt products then. But it’s making for a deep crop in 2021 sets.

2021 Topps Series 1 has 50 RCs on it 330-card checklist. And there’s still Series 2 to come later in the year with several key names, likely to help spread things out. Finally, Update Series will wrap up the year, likely with some 2021 debuts.
Flagship Topps doesn’t usually have the most valuable Rookie Cards. They’re definitely not the rarest. Yet, they are the most popular in the hobby. With so many lines out there, each with its own angle and identity, Topps Baseball benefits from a combination of history, tradition and accessibility. For collectors looking for just one RC of a player, Topps is often the place to go.

Great article! Did notice however that the count is off on the Royals. Should say 4 instead of 3 rookies :)
