2021 National Sports Collectors Convention Autograph Lineup Begins to Take Shape
TRISTAR has announced the first 2021 National Sports Collectors Convention autograph guests. Totally more than 80 athletes, over 20 of which are signing at the show for the first time.
Barry Sanders, David Ortiz, Ozzie Smith, Ryne Sandberg, Johnny Bench, Bobby Hull, Brett Hull and Roger Clemens are among the headliners making their return to the National. Larry Walker and Ted Simmons, both of whom were part of baseball’s 2020 Hall of Fame class, make their National debuts in Chicago. James Worthy, Felix Hernandez and Horace Grant are also first-time attendees.
The list has 18 VIP signers. Signatures from these athletes are available as part of the National’s VIP and Super VIP ticket packages.
Breaking down the signers list, baseball has the biggest contingent with 40 players. They’re joined by 26 from football, 15 from basketball and three from hockey. This is just the initial list and more athletes are expected to be added.
Autograph tickets go on sale on Friday, June 11.
The 2021 National Sports Collectors Convention runs from July 28 to August 1 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center is Rosemont, just outside of Chicago.
