2020-21 Upper Deck AHL Hockey Checklist and Details
Like past sets for the league, 2020-21 Upper Deck AHL has a fairly straightforward checklist. That said, when it comes to the base set, it’s getting bigger — a lot bigger.
For chase elements at the hobby box level, there’s the promise of one autograph, a handful of inserts and a parallel numbered to 100 or less.
2020-21 Upper Deck AHL Checklist Overview
The base set has a total of 200 cards. That’s more than double the 90 cards from 2019-20. The first 150 cards are the shell set, highlighting some of the sport’s top prospects.
The Star Rookies subset covers the remaining 50 cards. These are short prints but they’re not scarce. With one landing every other pack, collectors can expect six in a hobby box.
Parallels are another new addition this year with all 200 cards having both Exclusives (/100) and High Gloss (/10) versions.
Most of the product’s autographs offer a signature spin on the base set as well. Signers from the shell set combine to land 1:16 packs while Star Rookies are 1:48.
Three additional insert sets are on the checklist: AHL All-Rookie Team (1:17 packs), AHL All-Stars (1:9 packs) and AHL Standouts (1:4). For all three there are Red and Gold (/25) parallels.
Autographs can also be found, but at long odds: All-Rookie Team – 1:1,152, All-Stars – 1:576, Standouts – 1:288.
