2020-21 Panini Prizm Basketball is rainbow bright once again. The colors, the long list of Prizms parallels, the inserts, the autographs — they’re all back for one of the season’s cornerstone releases.

At the hobby level, boxes come with a dozen packs, each with 12 cards. Inside are a pair of autographs, ten inserts and more than 20 parallels.

2020-21 Panini Prizm Basketball Checklist Overview

The 2020-21 Prizm Basketball base set has 300 cards. This keeps it consistent with past years, offering some depth for every NBA team and lots of room for Rookie Cards.

Prizms parallels are one of the many draws in Prizm. These come in dozens of colors and styles. Mojo, Gold, Black Gold and Black are only available in hobby packs. Retail and other configurations have their own mix of exclusives. Bring them all together and there’s plenty for player and team collectors to chase.

1st Off the Line boxes are the lone place to find Shimmer parallels. Blue, Gold, Green and Black (1/1) combine to land two per box.

Autographs and Other Inserts

Autographs themes in 2020-21 Prizm get right to the point with Signatures, Rookie Signatures and Sensational Signatures. Besides key first-year players and draft picks, other signers on the checklist include Zion Williamson, Stephen Curry, Ja Morant, Anthony Davis and Trae Young. Parallels bring with them more colors and lower print runs.

Prizm Flashback throws it back to 2012-13 Panini Prizm Basketball, the set that started it all for the sport. A total of 15 players are featured on the ’12-13 design.

Downtown Bound, Fearless, Fireworks and Widescreen are among the other inserts.

With how ridiculous the prices for low end products like Hoops and Donruss how will these be? 10 grand a box?
