2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Hops Down to the Minors for a 10th Year


2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball cards take collectors on a trip to the minors. Not only does it highlight some of the best young players in the game, but Pro Debut also delves into some of the things that make MiLB different from the majors.

Hobby boxes include a pair of autographs plus two memorabilia cards or commemorative relics.

2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Base Set Basics

The base set has 200 cards, keeping things in line with the last several years. For many 2018 draft picks, this marks their first mainstream cards wearing MiLB uniforms.

Base parallels include Green (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10) and Black (1/1).

2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball Gold

Select cards also have variation short prints that feature a different photo. Variations have one-of-one Black parallels.

Like other Pro Debut sets, the design is similar to the flagship Topps Baseball look.


2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball has a handful of regular inserts to compliment the main checklist.

Promo Night Uniforms and Ben’s Biz both return with regular and Black (1/1) parallels. Promo Night Uniforms highlights some of the most interesting jerseys and gear worn around MiLB. Ben’s Biz looks behind the scenes with the help of MiLB’s Benjamin Hill.

MiLB Leaps and Bounds spotlight prospects who made big jumps over the past year. Green (/99), Orange (/25) and Black (1/1) make up the main parallel lineup. There are also numbered Autographs and Autographs Black (1/1) parallels for select cards.

2019 marks a decade of Topps’ MiLB exclusive and the Pro Debut brand. Pro Debut 10-Year Anniversary Reprints bring back cards from some of the top players currently in the majors. Base versions have Black (1/1) parallels. Some cards also have Autographs and Autographs Black (1/1) takes.

Autographs, Memorabilia Cards and Commemorative Relics

Base Autographs basically take the main set and add a signature to the front via a sticker. Parallels come in Green (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10) and Black (1/1).

Future Cornerstones Autographs are new to 2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball. These are a case hit. Base versions have 99 copies each while parallels include Orange (/25) and Black (1/1).

2019 Topps Pro Debut Baseball doesn’t have a lot of traditional jersey cards. However, there are a couple of sets that integrate game-used memorabilia.

Promo Night Uniform Relics (/99) have pieces of game-used jerseys from the special nights. Parallels are Gold (/50), Red (/10) and Black (1/1).

New Jumbo Patch Relics (/15) have big pieces from premium parts of game-used jerseys. Black (1/1) parallels and autographed (/5) versions also exist.

Fragments of the Farm take a different approach to memorabilia, folding in pieces provided by teams. Expect a wide variety of items beyond just jerseys with these cards.

Distinguished Debut Medallion cards (/99) make up the commemorative relic content. Parallels can be found in Gold (/50), Red (/10) and Black (1/1).
