2019 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Not-Scars Walk the Red Carpet
Adam Bomb might be sitting this one out, but some of his friends are walking the red carpet. 2019 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Not-Scars skewer the latest batch of Academy Award nominees.
The 12-card set is available through the Topps website for one week from February 21 to 28. The checklist has six pieces of art, each with the traditional A-B name variations. The cost is $24.99. It’s a print-on-demand release, meaning its production will be announced after the original sales window ends.
A Star Is Born leads the checklist with a pair of gags and four different cards. Stars Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper both have cards. Bohemian Rhapsody, Vice and The Favourite are the other nominees spoofed in the set.
The final two cards take aim at the fact that the ceremony doesn’t actually have a host.
This is the fourth consecutive year that Topps has done a GPK Not-Scars set.
