From Sisters to Pickers, Here Are Some of the 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball Autograph Signers
Every year Allen & Ginter dedicates a segment of its checklist to people who don’t play baseball. Celebrities, athletes from sports big and small, media members and more have helped the brand develop its modern voice. The 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball autographs will be no different. While there are still lots of names left to be revealed, social media has offered a glimpse at a few of the expected signers.
While not 100 percent confirmed, here are some names that have showcased their cards. 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter doesn’t come out until mid-July. Lots more names, baseball and non-baseball, will be part of the final checklist. In the meantime, here are some to expect. If you hear of more, let us know and we’ll add them.
Danielle Colby
Danielle Colby does many things, but she’s probably best know for working alongside Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz in the TV show American Pickers where she fields inquiries and runs things at Antique Archeology.
OMG. I have my own baseball card! I am so excited! Look for me in Allen & Ginter coming soon from @Topps! pic.twitter.com/qJnyDNMivJ

John Cynn
After a steady run, there haven’t been many poker cards for a few years. It might not be as widespread as it once was, but 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter will have at least one poker player on its checklist. John Cynn won the 2018 World Series of Poker Main Event, topping a field of almost 8,000 entrants.
For all those requesting an autographed trading card… you’ll have to buy a pack of Allen & Ginter from @Topps this summer! Or trade one with the 8 year old that got one ? pic.twitter.com/7K1mKTXnYI

Hailey Dawson
Don’t be surprised if Hailey Dawson winds up being the youngest signer in 2019 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball. The nine-year-old is the first person to throw out a ceremonial first pitch for all 30 MLB teams. Dawson has a 3-D printed robitic hand. She was born with Poland Syndrome, which caused her right hand to be underdeveloped. Through her work with MLB teams and others, the youngster courage and tenacity have already inspired many.

Graham Elliot
Graham Elliot isn’t just one of the world’s most famous chefs, he’s also got an impressive baseball card collection. Elliot has been a host on several shows including MasterChef and Top Chef. While it’s his first certified autograph, this isn’t the first time Elliot has appeared on a Topps card. He has an insert in 2015 Topps First Pitch.
Starting the day off by signing my very own Topps Allen & Ginter card to be released this summer! Thx @topps for including this card collecting nerd join the club! ???⚾️ pic.twitter.com/GpkDMI1abX

Mike Oz
Opening packs of ’80s and ’90s cards is fun, no matter where you are. But for Mike Oz, part of his job is to not only open classic packs but do so with baseball players — often the ones from the same era. Sometimes he gets to do it with Mike Trout. Oz’s Old Baseball Cards video series on Yahoo! Sports recently reached 100 episodes. The premise is simple and beautiful — use baseball cards to talk about the players within and share anecdotes.
Sooooo, Friday news dump ….

Ben Schwartz
Ben Schwartz is an actor, usually comedy, best known for Parks and Recreation and House of Lies. He does some voice acting as well and takes the role of Sonic the Hedgehog in the upcoming big screen adaptation. Schwartz has loose connections to a couple of other franchises Topps makes cards for. He was in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, albeit under a Stormtrooper mask. Schwartz is also the voice of Leo in the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series.
As someone who collected baseball, basketball, Marvel, Garbage Pail Kids & Nintendo cards, this is crazy. In June, I’ll have my own @Topps card in 2019 Allen & Ginter boxes. I’ve signed 260 & donated a “game worn shirt” from an improv show to be put in rare cards. Happy hunting! pic.twitter.com/IvlIUbyzzx

Mayumi Seto
Mayumi Seto is an artist who should be familiar with a lot of sports card collectors. She’s worked on several Topps projects including all the art in baseball’s Living Set.
Sister Mary Sobieck
Sister Mary Sobieck knows how to throw out a mean first pitch.
