2019-20 Topps Chrome UEFA Refractors Guide
The 2019-20 Topps Chrome UEFA Refractor rainbow took a big jump from 2018-19. And it shouldn’t come as a surprise. With soccer cards undergoing tremendous growth, they continue to evolve.
For 2019-20 Topps Chrome UEFA, there are 17 different Refractor styles available in packs to go with every base card. In addition to these are a handful of additional Sapphire versions that are only in the limited edition 2019-20 Topps Chrome UEFA Sapphire Edition boxes.
Standard for any parallel rainbow, quantities vary. Regular Refractors are somewhat common at 1:3 packs. On the other end are one-of-one Superfractors, which are tougher than 1:3200 packs.
Besides basic color switches, Topps included a few different patterns as well. Wave Refractors have a grooved sort of look to them. Bubbles have some small circles. For some cards and colors, these can be somewhat tough to spot at a quick glance. Finally, there’s Carbon Fiber Refractrors that have some complimentary lines.
