Hobby boxes promise one autograph plus an additional premium insert. Parallels and regular inserts are also plentiful once again.

Base Set

2018 Topps Star Wars: The Last Jedi Series 2 has 100 cards. Key storylines and big moments are the theme this time around. It works to summarize the story through the trading card format, something that has been done since the original film in 1977.

Parallels come in several colors. Blue are one per hobby pack, making them plentiful. Others include Purple (1:4 packs), Red (/199), Bronze (/99), Silver (/25), Gold (/10), Printing Plates (1/1) and Black (1/1).

Autographs and Inserts

One autograph is guaranteed in each 2018 Topps Star Wars: The Last Jedi Series 2 hobby box. This is in line with most recent Star Wars sets. Signers come from the cast.

Regular autographs have Red (/99), Silver (/25), Gold (/10), Printing Plate (1/1) and Black (1/1) parallels.

Multi-signed cards come with two (/5), three (/5) and six (/3) signers. Dual and Triple Autographs also have Black versions that have one copy each.

Series 1 featured medallion cards. 2018 Topps Star Wars: The Last Jedi Series 2 switches over to Commemorative Patch cards for one of the other big inserts.

Sketch cards are also back with original art drawn on each. Shaped sketch cards done to resemble the outline of BB-8 are also randomly inserted.

As far as regular inserts go, there are several that act as a compliment to the main set. One Items and Artifacts card is in every hobby pack. Other character-focused themes include The Resistance (1:2 packs), The First Order (1:4) and Patrons of Canto Bight (1:6).

A little tougher are Ships and Vehicles, which land approximately three per box.

Poster cards are the toughest of the regular inserts with just one per hobby box.
