2018 Panini Instant Draft Night Football Gives Picks First Cards with New Teams

Technology is changing a lot of things in the world. Over the past couple of years, sports cards can be created and sold within minutes. So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that the first NFL cards of the 2018 draft picks with their new teams are already here.

2018 Panini Instant Draft Night cards capture the top picks and put them with their new teams. For the players who at the draft in Dallas, it also means images from the podium, holding up their jerseys.

It started in the first round where all 32 players got cards. Select players were added over the weekend in the ensuing rounds.

2018 Panini Instant Draft Night cards are available in a couple of forms through the card maker’s website. Singles are $9.99 each with discounts for orders of five, ten and 25 copies of the same card. The cost per card for a 25-card lot is $99.99, which brings it down to $4 each.

Print runs for the base cards will be determined after the sales window closes in late May. What’s ordered is what’s printed.

2018 Panini Instant Draft Night Football also has a couple levels of parallels. Green versions are numbered to 10 and cost $29.99 each. Black cards are one-of-ones and come with a $149.99 price tag.

Panini is also offering a set of 50 cards for $249.99. Among these are three that are only available with the set and not sold individually.

As far as what lies ahead for the incoming rookies, there are lots of traditional products slated for card shops and retailers announced already with more on the way in the months ahead. Rookies are in 2018 Score Football, the first NFL set of the year. However, due to its early release, they’re mentioned only by their school names.
