2018 McFarlane NBA Series 33 Figures Big on Stars, Not So Much on Debuts

The 2018 McFarlane NBA Series 33 lineup has no problems with name recognition. All five confirmed players rank among the league’s biggest and most popular. Champions, All-Stars, award winners–they’re all part of it.

However, when it comes to McFarlane debuts, there’s just one–at least among what has been announced. One is still a surprise.

Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo is the lone player getting their first figure in 2018 McFarlane NBA Series 33.

Kevin Durant gets his seventh figure in a main McFarlane wave excluding variants. It’s his second as a member of the Golden State Warriors.

Kyrie Irving and Russell Westbrook are both gets their third figures while Kristaps Porzingis has his second. For Irving, it’s his first since joining the Boston Celtics. His first two figures came out while he was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The final figure in the lineup is a surprise at this point.

No details on 2018 McFarlane NBA Series 33 variant or chase figures has been announced.

Figures are expected to come out in the fall of 2018.
