2018-19 Upper Deck Subway Vancouver Canucks Collector’s Series Mixes Hockey Cards and Sandwiches
2018-19 Upper Deck Subway Vancouver Canucks hockey cards are coming to British Columbia restaurants.
For the second year in a row, Upper Deck has partnered with the Canucks and Subway to create a set highlighting many of the team’s players. This time around, the checklist has 14 cards including one of Fin, Vancouver’s mascot. Rookie Elias Pettersson is one of the Canucks players in the set.
Cards are not numbered on the back.
2018-19 Upper Deck Subway Vancouver Canucks Hockey Cards – How to Get Them
The hockey cards are available at participating restaurants in British Columbia around Monday, March 4 (some may have slightly sooner). The promotion is scheduled to run through March 29. That said, supplies are limited and packs could run out sooner.
To get a pack, you must buy a Canucks Meal Deal that comes with a sandwich, drink and bag of chips. Unlike last year, packs cannot be purchased on their own. They only come with the meal purchase.
Each pack of 2018-19 Upper Deck Subway Vancouver Canucks hockey cards has four total cards. Two are the traditional hockey cards with the Vancouver Canucks. There’s also a prize card and a promo card for Upper Deck e-Pack. So, without getting any doubles, it’ll take seven packs to complete the set.
This is the second set of Upper Deck hockey cards distributed at Canadian restaurants this year. 2018-19 Upper Deck Tim Hortons Hockey was one of the season’s first sets.
