2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments Hockey Checklist and Details

2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments Hockey is a set that evolves as the season progresses. Aimed at telling the season’s story, new cards are released each week. Big game, milestones, debuts and other highlights are all part of the checklist. So is Gritty.

But they’re not distributed in a traditional format. It also differs somewhat from similar Topps Now and Panini Instant lines as well.

2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments Hockey is exclusive to the Upper Deck e-Pack platform. To get them, you first have to add a 2018-19 NHL pack to your online cart. You can then choose which of the week’s Game-Dated Moments cards you want. Each card costs $3.99.

2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments cards are only available for a week at a time with new ones arriving every Friday morning. After that sales period is up, collectors will only be able to pick them up off the secondary market.

2018-19 Upper Deck Game-Dated Moments Hockey 2 Elias Pettersson

It takes a few weeks for cards to get printed. When that happens, collectors can have them shipped or they can add them to their COMC portfolios. Game Dated Moments cards can also be traded on the e-Pack site.

2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments Hockey Achievement Cards

Special Achievement cards are also available for those who build monthly and season-long sets.

Those collecting every 2018-19 Upper Deck Game Dated Moments card in any given month throughout the season have the option of redeeming them for a Rookie of the Month Achievement card.

Once the playoffs hit, those getting all of the postseason cards are eligible for a 2019 Stanley Cup Champion Parade card that will highlight the eventual winners.

The final Achievements are autographs. These are parallels of regular Game Dated Moments cards that have a signature added to them. To get one, it requires a full set of Rookie of the Month Achievement cards as the Stanley Cup Parade Achievement. Autographs are random so you won’t know which one you’re getting.
