2017 Panini Instant Football Checklist, Gallery and Full Details

The NFL doesn’t take much of a break. Shortly after the last pieces of confetti fall at the Super Bowl, it’s time for teams to start prepping for the draft. 2017 Panini Instant Football sees the online-exclusive, print-on-demand line return for a second season.

This season, it got a head start, debuting at the NFL Combine. That meant not only the first NFL cards for players, but early autographs as well.

Regular 2017 Panini Instant Football cards are available through Panini’s online store for just 24 hours each. Base cards have open-ended print runs that are determined by how many are ordered. In addition to those, there are Green parallels numbered to 10 and one-of-one Black cards. For select cards, there are also Orange Autograph parallels numbered to 5.

The cost for individual base cards is $9.99 (parallels are more). Those ordering multiple copies, such as hobby shops looking to stock up on local players, receive discounts for bulk orders of five ($29.99), ten ($49.99) and 25 ($99.99) copies.

While the set is kicked off early at the Combine, 2017 Panini Instant Football continues in the weeks and months ahead as the off-season progresses, rookies find their new NFL homes at the draft, into the regular season and beyond. Basically, 2017 Panini Instant Football is the story of the season as it unfolds and develops.

2016 Panini Instant Football took a similar approach. Despite not starting until the kickoff of the regular season, the final checklist topped 900 cards.

In addition to the regular 2017 Panini Instant Football cards there are special releases, such as the NFL Draft and Rookie Premiere cards.

The NFLPA Rookie Premiere cards are the first physical in-uniform cards from the 2017 rookie crop.

Combine Calligraphy features early autographs from the likes of John Ross, Leonard Fournette and Christian McCaffrey.
