The 2016 Topps National Sports Collectors Convention wrapper redemption is one of a couple of different exclusives the card maker has slated for the show. Other plans include some new Rocky cards, demonstrations of digital apps and face time with Topps staff.

Keep reading for specifics on the Topps cards you’ll find at the 2016 National and what you need to do to get them.

2016 Bowman National Refractors Wrapper Redemption

The wrapper redemption set features 50 different 2016 Bowman National Refractors, a Prism pattern that hasn’t been used with the main 2016 Bowman Baseball line. The checklist has a mix of veterans, retired players, rookies and prospects as well as randomly inserted autographs.

To get one of the exclusive packs, which have four cards, collectors need to open any of the following at the Topps booth:

• 10 sealed 2016 Topps-brand packs other than Opening Day or MLB Sticker Collection or
• 5 sealed 2016 Bowman packs or
• 5 sealed 2015 Bowman’s Best packs

Packs must be opened at the Topps booth. Empty wrappers do not qualify. There’s also a limited number of packs and they’re available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rocky Exclusives

The 2016 Topps National Sports Collectors Convention exclusives aren’t just baseball. A set of ten Rocky cards are being sold at the Topps booth. These are based the 1976 Topps Baseball design, which is also the year the film was released.

Other Events

Expect there to be lots happening at the Topps booth at the 2016 National. Like other card companies, staff will be on hand to talk with collectors. There will also be pack wars throughout the event.

The annual Topps Q&A session also returns. A date and time hasn’t been announced yet. Because space is limited, collectors must sign up in advance at the Topps booth.
