2016 ComiXology Comic Book All Stars Trading Cards Highlight Creators

Believe it or not, beyond all glitzy blockbuster panels, celebrity surprises and trailer debuts, San Diego Comic-Con is still a celebration of comics and their creators. ComiXology is putting a trading card spin on it with a small set of promo cards highlighting some of the top writers and artists in the industry. 2016 ComiXology Comic Book All Stars features 26 cards, each one of a different creator.
The checklist is a diverse mix of talent working for both major and indie publishers.
All 2016 ComiXology Comic Book All Stars cards also double as a digital code for a comic from the featured creator.
A limited number will be handed out at each of the ten panels ComiXology is participating in throughout the event. More will be offered at their booth at select times that have yet to be announced.
These aren’t the only trading cards being handed out, either. So far, Topps has three Preacher promo cards that will be handed out at the DC Comics booth.
The 2016 San Diego Comic-Con runs from July 20-24.
