2015 Topps Oversized Red set gives jumbo high-end treatment to flagship baseball card brand
By Chris Olds | Beckett Baseball Editor
Topps‘ latest wall art offering takes its standard baseball card set and goes big-time — in more ways than one.
The 2015 Topps Oversized Red set is a complete run of 700 base cards from 2015 Topps but printed as 5-by-7s with red borders. They are limited to just 10 serial-numbered copies per card.
It can only be found on Topps.com — and the price tag is $1,999.99.
The cards are printed on 16-point glossy stock and are the latest offering of jumbo sports cards sold alongside exclusive wall prints and other card-like creations from the company.

Now that Topps has demonstrated a considerable commitment to these online exclusive 5″x7″ (and larger) products, will Beckett begin to list them in your price guides? They aren’t traditional-sized cards for sure but I for one have purchased a number of player career sets of all-time greats and as a Paul Goldschmidt collector, I’ve shopped eBay to secure one of each of the Goldy offerings from the beginning. I hope to score one of the 10 from this set if/when someone breaks their set up. I’m sure there must be a pretty vigorous market for these cards and periodic price guide coverage would be welcome.
I’d spend $20 on a Swisher from the set. I feel the same way you do in terms of there being good break-up potential.
I bought the Topps Metal limited to 99 set of 10 Rookies and felt that was a good investment. Should be here anyday.
