This is one of the products where short prints can take on a life of their own. Historically, because it has a core audience of set builders, even lesser names gain notoriety because of their rarity. Panini hasn’t announced exact numbers of the many 2015 Panini Contenders Football short prints, but they have differentiated those that are in short supply (SP) and even smaller quantities (SSP).
Update (December, 2018): Panini has released specific production numbers.
The short prints apply to autographs that don’t have serial numbers. Parallels come numbered and can be differentiated as such.

Yes, at least based on the info Panini has released.
Do u know how many Deandrew White was made of the ssp , and the book Valve of the card. Please email me back with info.

Do you know if they will ever release the exact print run of the Sps and the SSP in the contenders football? not sure why there has been such a delay. Thanks a lot for any information
It has been hit and miss over the past couple of years.
I have 9 of the 12 rookie ticket no variation Ssp cards, I have yet to see a Marcus Peters Ssp, kinda odd that there aren’t any out there, can anyone help, where are they
I’m guessing they won’t release specific numbers after they tried to claim there were only 25 of the Russell Wilson Variation. Last I checked there were around 140 that had been graded so I’m guessing they either lied or screwed up. (In case you couldn’t tell I’m bitter since I spent $3200 on two before the market was flooded with them)
