2015-16 Panini Prizm Basketball White Sparkle Prizms exclusive to Rewards program
By Ryan Cracknell | Hobby Editor
If you’re going for the full rainbow of your favorite player in 2015-16 Panini Prizm Basketball, you may want to head over to the Panini Rewards site if you’ve got some points. White Sparkle Prizms have been added to the mix. Following in the footsteps of similar 2015 Panini Prizm Football parallels, it’s the only place the cards are being made available.
And even if you have the points, getting a specific card isn’t going to be easy.
Each pack of 2015-16 Panini Prizm Basketball White Sparkle parallels costs 1,000 Panini Rewards points and comes with three cards.
All 300 cards in the main set have White Sparkle parallels. According to Panini, they’re all extremely limited although an exact print run hasn’t been announced.
Even if you’ve got enough points to go for the set by grabbing upwards of 100 packs, you won’t be able to. Panini has put a limit of three packs per household.
White Sparkle packs are scheduled to be posted on the Panini Rewards site starting on Monday, January 18.

Can’t wait……………………lol
The limit of 3 packs per household it going to make these more interesting to see how the individual cards resell. At least doing that will keep from having a small handful of people with all the packs.
And do you know how much product you have to bust to rack up 1,000 points?
Even if you got “lucky” and hit a 250-point card in each of four hobby boxes of something (think about this … “lucky” … to hit a redemption in a $100+ hobby box?), you’re in at least $400 for a pack of three total cards.
And no mentions of mem or auto cards means there aren’t, so please enjoy your 3-card pack of Latrell Sprewell, Khris Middleton and Marco Belinelli, because you and I both know you’re not pulling LeBron, Steph and Kristaps.
If you had 1,000 points to “spend,” why on earth would you buy one of these? A Byron Buxton Immaculate auto is the most recent post on the Rewards site, for 600 points!
I got lucky enough to pull a Joe Montana in one of my 3 packs.. I listed it on eBay as an auction with a Buy It Now price of $125.. Someone bought it for $125 within 30 minutes of me posting it.. Safe to say I undervalued that card.. Smh
can anybody confirm they have seen more then 2 per player? /2 ? all i’ve noticed so far is 2 per card type….base, all stars
Panini didn’t release exact numbers for print runs other than not many. Very possible some haven’t surfaced online.
Just opened 2 packs. Pulled Kyrie all star ($100), Myles Turner RC ($200+) and David Robinson ($50). Great investment, looking to buy more packs soon!
