The last name is shown within a black rectangle edging the bottom right. Another vertically distorted black-and-white player action shot forms a stripe that roughly bisects the back. A color player action shot appears on the left side; the player's name and statistics are shown vertically within white and black panels on the right. As part of the 1994 Classic Collectors Gold Crown Club offer, members also received one of 10,000 individually numbered standard-size white bordered autographed card of Jamal Mashburn.
