Set Information

This 880-card set features the actual press plates used to create the 1997-98 Pinnacle hockey base set and each chase set. A different press plate was used for each of the four ink colors used for the card fronts and for the card backs. Each plate was dated and personally signed by Jerry Meyer, Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Brands, Inc. Across the production run, the approximate odds of finding a Press Plate card was one in 2,250 packs.
