This 150-card set was issued eight cards per pack with a suggested retail price of $2.99. While these sets were initially made for distribution to Canada, a large amount of the product was shipped to the United States. Card fronts featured a full color action photo with the player's name and team appearing near the bottom of the card. Key rookies in this set included Mike Grier, Kevin Hodson, Ethan Moreau, and Dainius Zubrus.
