Specially marked packages of High Liner frozen fish products contained two cards. Collectors could also order additional cards by clipping the order form from the box, checking the cards desired, and sending it in with six UPC symbols from any High Liner brand product plus 3.99. The form limited requests to one card request per card number. The fronts featured full-bleed black-and-white and color team pictures of Stanley Cup champions. The pale blue, horizontal backs presented a French and English summary of the championship season and a list of the players pictured. A darker blue stripe across the top displayed the Stanley Cup logo and the set name in French and English. The team name and the year they won the Stanley Cup appeared in the lower left corner.
