The Upper Deck logo appeared in the upper right corner while the McDonald's All-Stars logo appeared in a red circle in the lower right corner. The player's name and position appeared in the bottom white border. The backs carried a second color photo and career summary was presented in English and French. Upper Deck's unique anti-counterfeiting device appeared in the upper right corner in the shape of McDonald's golden arches. Six players wearing their 1991 All-Star uniforms on the regular cards appeared on the hologram cards in their regular team uniforms. The holograms had blank backs and were numbered on the front.
