Bilingual backs contained the player's statistics from the 1975-76 season, career numbers, a short biography and a cartoon-illustrated fact about the player. Cards that featured California players in the 1976-77 Topps set had been updated in this set to show them with the Cleveland Barons. One of those was card 176 Gary Simmons. There are reportedly three variations of the Simmons card. In addition to the basic card, one version had "Team transferred to Colorado" on front. This is an error in itself because the Barons disbanded with players going to Minnesota. The other version had the text shaded or airbrushed out.
