I have been emailing & calling since Sunday night. I have had ZERO response. I dropped off 7 baseball bats and 2 baseballs to be authenticated at the NSCC on Saturday morning with expectation it would be complete by Saturday end of show. I received zero communication. I went to the booth finally at 1 pm on Sunday where someone took my cell phone and disappeared into the back. When he came out he had someone else's item and did not give me back my phone nor update me. I managed to grab another worker and ask her where my phone was. She disappeared into the back and found it and came back and said they had to finish my authentication. I had to leave to get to a 250 pm flight. I have emailed and called now multiple times to find out where my items are and no one replies. My rep emailed back saying the items were ready to be picked up.... FROM WHERE?!?!?! They also have not responded to that email.
