Thanks to everyone for their replies.  My son's card finally showed up!!

I just spoke to someone on the phone about my redemption.  They were able to see the redemption and were able to tell me that the auto in question was just received and they would be sending it out in about four more weeks.  I will say the people I talked to were very pleasant and helpful.

So far over the past year + have emailed and called..just called now..on hold for 10 minutes and left a message AGAIN..
I do not expect a call back or email..when I have time to waste ..I'll try again..
