How long does it take to update the organizer and put new material in? Or is there anyone I can get a hold of? I am trying to enter cards and the set is not even locatable.

Sometimes it is difficult to locate a set. When I can't find a set I'll just put the card # and the last name of a player to see if I can find the set, its easier with uncommon names.
This is due to the fact that you may be typing in 2021 Topps Chrome, but they have it listed as 2021 Chrome (just an example). If you are typing in the word Topps it will never find the set.
