I would just like to give a huge, massive, gigantic shoutout to Floydtown! I have been dealing with the "403 Forbidden" message for a couple weeks now, and was unable to access the website other than through my phone on cellular data. He was able to reach someone at Beckett to have that error message removed and my access restored.
