Hi, UPS told me that they delivered my cards for grading but no confirmation email came from your side (bought premium service). Customer service does not answer (mail, phone, etc.), is that normal? Could you please provide me with some info? Thanks

From what I understand as long as your tracking shows delivered, you'll be fine. They're pretty slow about acknowledging receipt. What service level did you select?
