Very basic question. Sent in multiple cards for Auto Authentication that I also wanted graded/slabbed. Some did not pass Authentication, totally get that. However, those same card that were not authenticated, I was still charged for grading that was never received. Is this commonplace?
I'm of the opinion that if a card doesn't pass auto authenticate, I lose that authentication fee (totally get that).... and that is where the process stops for going forward with grading. Now, if they graded and slabbed a card that didn't pass, auto-auth would there really be a gripe?
I'm confused and know I'm missing something. Appreciate the insight. At the very least you'd think they'd offer "store credit" for a service that was paid for but not received.
