Has anyone else shipped from Canada for grading? I’m ready to send my order, but ups told me that their could be costs associated with customs and duties? Anyone else know if this is true, or how to avoid it? They said that the amount charged could be based on the declared value. I’m not selling the card. Just having it graded, why would their be any charge at the border.  Any help on the process for shipping across the border would be greatly appreciated.
