I was wondering how to tell the difference between an original and a reprint? Did they make reprints?

Some brands do make reprints, but it should always say "reprint" on it somewhere. Also, the year on the card at the bottom should help, I don't think they can put it was made in their rookie year if they reprint it in 2010 lol.

I needed a 2004 Topps Larry Fitzgerald RC to complete my set a few years back ... found one on the Bay for $1, was pretty stoked until I realized it was the 2010 reprint (no mention whatsoever in the description.)
I emailed the seller, he refunded the $1 and shipping costs and told me just to keep it. The only way to tell the difference was to read the little copyright info on the back of the card. |
