A general question

I need help in determining how to tell the difference between a prizm base and a prizm prizms card, especially 2014 and 2019. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
Looking for all types of rookie cards. Only trade with a d/c #. If you have less than 25 trades you must ship first. Thanks.

A prizm prizms card has a rainbow effect in the chrome as opposed to a straight silver look. Topps calls this a "refractor"

The Prizm Prizm cards also have an extra word Prizm written on the back - in 2019, the word Prizm will appear in the upper left corner of the back of the card on the Prizm Prizm cards
I am not sure about 2014, right off hand - its been a while since I looked at my 2014 cards. Note that in 2017, all rookie cards from Prizm are Silver Prizm - the 2017 Patrick Mahomes Silver Prizm is the base card (its still a nice card).
