I have a 1994 Upper Deck Electric Diamond Eddie Murray card no. 341 with no name on the front. I've looked high and low on the web for any information regarding this error and have found absolutely nothing. Has anyone came across one of these before? Any info would help. Thanks!

Not an error but a misprint. It sounds like it missed a step in the printing process that would have printed his name on the front. It's a common mistake during those years and isn't considered an error. You have a flawed card.
