I have never heard of this happening before! These still look pretty good, sealed in the original Topps shrink wrap.

Nope, they can re-seal that too, I've had it happen a couple of times.

Honestly you're better off busting them open and seeing what you get.

I would be curious to know if that is a problem up here as well. Considering there are nearly ever any cards and when there are only a few boxes.

It has happened to me three times, always at Walmart or Target, Nothing worse than opening a blaster and finding open packs and your hit is gone. Now I carefully study the plastic looking for clear tape or any imperfections in the box.
