The Force was with me...for a moment only

The Force was with me...for a moment only
I just did an online break of 2019 Tribute for the Washington Nationals because the Twins were taken and Juan Soto is on my wanted autograph list. I am not big into autos but Soto, Griffey, Puckett and Bagwell are ones I would like to have.

During the break I chatted "May the Force be with me for a Juan Soto hit. It sounds like Hans Solo, right?"

Anyway, the very next box a /50 purple auto of Soto! Awesome!!

Below is the video of the exact moment when the Soto appeared...

Me thinks well you did. Smile
I collect Hall of Fame baseball player cards and cards of current and retired superstars.

Congrats! That's some mighty great wish fulfillment right there!
I hope for everyone here that their wishes & card dreams come true when they're breaking cases or busting wax just like yours did!
Please post a pic of your Soto Auto when you receive it! He's got a great signature!

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

Thanks! I will try to remember to do that. I keep saying someday I will start using one of those photo software sites to post pics, but I don't want to feel stupid trying to figure it out. So far I have only been using thumbnails...

I started using
https://imgbb.com
It's free, you don't need to sign up.
You upload your pic, it gives you options for reposting (full HTML) and you just copy and paste it on the forum.
It's been working well (and free) for me since Photobucket got so stupidly overpriced!

Thanks. Literally, I copied it from the link and pasted it to my post. I fixed it, though.
