Poor quality control? What's the serial number supposed to be?

i saw a couple of others that recently sold on ebay that are numbered the same way. Best I can tell he is the only one from the draft tickets autos numbered that way from the 2013 prestige-- all others are not numbered at all. sounds like an uncorrected screwup from panini to me.

Exactly, because 1 divided by 1 is just 1, but 0 divided by 1 is like, infinity or something.
