oldest card I have. I dig vintage. The Civil War had ended 22 years prior, Grover Cleveland was president (he's the guy on the $1000 dollar bill obviously), the united states senate allowed the Navy to lease Pearl Harbor as a naval base, the first Groundhogs Day was observed, & Anne Sullivan began teaching Helen Keller.
I feel like I own a small piece of history and am proud to pass it down to my kiddos some day. 132 year old baseball card, that's just ridiculous.
Very nice Old Judge card! You're right, 132 year old card... that cardboard survived a lot of 'stuff' over the past century ++ to still be here! Totally ridiculous, but oh so cool!

I guess if I saved used tinfoil and used tea bags instead of old comic books and old baseball cards, the difference between a crazed hoarder and a savvy collector is in that inherent value.

Very cool and historic. I'd much rather see that than some picture of a 1952 Mantle that some guy pulled off the internet.

Definitely have to mention these cards...Pedroia By The Letter Autographed Cards, spelling out Boston Red Sox and Dustin Pedroia
Took me several years to finally get the final and correct letter to finish this up.
