Hey guys I dont buy to much Bowman Chrome but looking at sales this card is hot. What can you tell me about him?

Only 18 years old from Dominican Republic. He had a hot 2018 in the Minors low-level (.351 batting avg.), and his 2019 campaign is average so far at A-level. Lots of potential, I guess.
For some reason, his 2018 Elite Extra Edition base auto is 3 figures, and goes up quickly from there. Maybe another Tomas (bust) or maybe another Gleyber (hit)?
