I keep my graded cards in a large safe and moister isn't a problem. I have always kept moisture absorbing packets in there and have no issues.

RE: graded cards in a safe
I keep all my graded/ungraded cards in my safe for about 20 years now. Had it in southern California where it's more dry and now upstate NY where there is more moisture. Safe is a Liberty Presidential model. Higher end safe. Quadra-fireproof, been told if fire where to happen ice cubes won't melt. Never had a problem with storing my cards, I collect high end Griffey jr cards and have some $$$ invested. I trust. Now, with that said my good experience might not be the next guy's. May I suggest that if you go to a safe buy one that's higher quality; your going to get what you pay for. Where you store the safe probably adds another factor in equation.
