I pulled a redemption back in December of 2010 for a Mike Green Auto Patch /5 and redeemed it. It still says initial request and pending after 8 years. Sent a request asking what was going on a few years ago, never got a response, just that the request was closed. I've tried calling and just get the "leave a message and we'll call back or continue to hold" and then the line disconnects. No response to emails either. So has anyone had any luck contacting Panini about missing redemptions like that?

I would suggest contacting them on social media. Some companies will respond faster if there are millions of eyes watching.

Ive tried. No response on twitter and on Facebook you cant post on their wall or send a message, did send an email through to their Facebook account so hopefully Ill get a response on something soon

You will never see it as they have not done Hockey for 5 years now. Most people that had outstanding redemptions when they lost their deal in 2014 asked for replacements right away.

Ahh was wondering why I hadnt seen much or any panini hockey lately. Just got back into collecting after an 7 year break or so so I didnt keep up with the licensing issues

Stinks that they don't make hockey cards anymore. They had some great sets a few years ago.
