New Collecting Challenge
#1

New Collecting Challenge
I watched the other night on the MLB channel the top 100 MLB players for 2018. That got me thinking. Could I collect all 100 of the top 100 Topps Rookie cards. I have the Trout Update Rookie so the hardest one I have. So thats 1 down and 99 to go. I will post as I progress through my 2018 Challenge. Let me know if anyone else decides to do the same thing. It could be a lot of fun and you would have a nice binder of some great rookie cards !!!!!!

RE: New Collecting Challenge
Always nice to see folks "challenge" themselves with a new collecting idea. I'll piggy-back on your idea and give it a shot. Need to find the list. Guess it will be on MLB.com. Good luck!

Thanks

I have all my rcs stored two different ways. The ones I call my better ones are in penny sleeves and top loaders. The rest in a 5000 ct box. I have just begun to see how many of the top 100 I have rcs of. So far out of the first 50 I have 30 in top loaders and am searching for some of the others in the other box.

I found seven more in the other box so that makes 37 out of the top 50. I think I will rest before I tackle the bottom 50.

RE: New Collecting Challenge
I have looked at rookie cards until i'm cross eyed. It seems I have at least one rc of 65 out of the top 100. I doubt there are very many that I don't have that I will try to find. If any of you guys who are putting this together need any, let me know who you need and if I have extras of any of them maybe we can make a deal.
