Going thru hobby box of 2018 Topps Series 1 and ran across one of Tim Anderson's cards (#252) missing the TOPPS in the upper right corner. Would this be considered an Error card?

Didn't Topps doing some variations like that in previous years? I remember reading something about them.

Just curious how did you get the attachment into your thread. What program did you use?
Would be considered a printing flaw -- just missed the foil part of the printing process

However since Topps has been known to do some weird things on purpose, I would look to see if there are a number of that exact card missing the foil before simply chalking it up as a printing mistake.
