Anyone ever had issues with Panini rewards and not receiving the exact card they ordered.

I had 1200 point and ordered a Peyton Manning EPIX jersey card (250 points) for my son and then a Gala Cinematic Signatures Crimson Harrison Barnes (900 points) which is limited to /10. Panini also has two other versions of this card available (600 points /25) and (400 points /49). I was sent the /49 version of the card but they charged me 900 points for it.

I've emailed customer support this evening but curious if others have seen this and how it was handled.

As frustrated as I am with the Panini redemption autographs I'm still waiting for I have to say customer service was great. Called Panini today regarding the mistake and they are sending me the correct autographed card and told me to keep the other one they sent me by mistake

Good! I didn't have any issues the one or two times I did it. Glad they fixed it for you!
