What year was the last year for factory sets? I have found 1989-1993 factory sets but none since then. Why did they stop issuing them?

Upper Deck factory sets.

I have Upper Deck issued factory sets for their Collector's Choice, MVP and Victory lines up until 1999.

I believe the base factory sets were only made from 1989-1993. I know they made factory sets for Collector's Choice, Victory and some other lines later in the 90s to early 2000s.
Collecting John Stockton, Karl Malone, Ivan Rodriguez, Gary Carter & UF player rookie year cards. Plus Jedd Gyorko rookie and prospect cards.
